Commission

  • Types of commissions I do not accept:

  • Elderly characters, furry, mecha, male characters (except shota and specific requested images)... If it exceeds my capability, I will decline the commission.

  • All commissions will be made public as samples and streamed on my YouTube channel. If you want your commission to remain private, please inform me in advance.

  • Mission files will be deleted one month after completion.

Payment

  • Accepted payment methods:

  • BANK

  • VISA

  • PAYPAL

Deadline

  • Commissions will be completed within 1–2 months, counted from the date of full payment.

  • Progress will be updated regularly on Trello for clients to follow.

  • Rush deadline (≤ 15 days) will incur additional charges, depending on the complexity.

  • Communication is required—if you seen or intentionally ignore messages (within 10 days), I will cancel the commission without a refund.

  • Illustration commission deadline: 1–2 months.

  • Vtuber Model Commission Deadline: 2–3 months.

Commission Process

  • For Illustrations:

  • Client sends brief and 30% deposit → Color sketch → Client sends remaining 70% → Render and deliver final artwork.

  • For Vtuber Model:

  • Client sends brief and 50% deposit → Color sketch → Client sends remaining 50% → Final render delivered.

Additional Costs & Policies

  • Once the commission is completed and delivered, no further edits will be made. Fixes are only accepted during the working process.

  • If additional fixes are requested after completion (due to clients wanting more details), extra fees will be charged.

  • Detail Complexity Fee: 1$ - 15$+.

  • Background Fee: 5$ - 50$+ (Simple backgrounds are free).

  • Additional Characters: 90% of the base commission price (may vary depending on the brief).

  • Max of 2 characters per artwork.

  • Private Commission: +30% of the base price

  • Commercial Commission: x2 of the base price.

  • If a non-commercial commission is later used for commercial purposes, I reserve the right to reclaim it.

  • COMMISSION SAU KHI HOÀN THÀNH VÀ GỬI LẠI CHO CLIENT SẼ KHÔNG FIX, CHỈ FIX TRONG QUÁ TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC.

  • NẾU FIX SAU QUÁ TRÌNH BÀN GIAO (DO CLIENT MUỐN THÊM DETAIL), TÍNH THÊM PHÍ.

  • CHI TIẾT: 1$ - 15$+.

  • BACKGROUND: 5$-50$+ (Background đơn giản free).

  • THÊM CHAR: 90% GIÁ GỐC CỦA COMMISSION (có thể tăng giảm tùy vào brief).

  • MỘT TRANH: tối đa 2 nhân vật.

  • COMMISSION PRIVATE: +30% GIÁ COMMISSION.

  • COMMISSION THƯƠNG MẠI: x2 GIÁ COMMISSION.

  • NẾU PHÁT HIỆN NHỮNG COMMISSION PHI THƯƠNG MẠI MÌNH LÀM ĐƯỢC THƯƠNG MẠI HÓA. MÌNH CÓ QUYỀN THU HỒI LẠI NHỮNG SẢN PHẨM ĐÓ.
